Our first gastronomic roots were planted with the acquisition of a century-old lagar, which we used to shape and name our first restaurant with its stones and wooden beam.

Our menu is a gastronomic journey through the regions crossed by the Camino de Santiago alongside the Cantabrian Mountain Range.
